Count’s Vamp’d Rock Bar & Grill provided an intimate setting that perfectly suited Kotzen’s stripped-back vibe. The venue was packed with enthusiastic fans, creating an electric atmosphere from the moment the doors opened.

Richie Kotzen and his band (bassist Dylan Wilson and drummer Kyle Hughes) were on fire from the get-go. Kotzen’s guitar skills were nothing short of mesmerizing, and his vocals were powerful and emotive. The setlist included a mix of his classic hits and newer tracks, showcasing his versatility as an artist. Highlights of the night included performances of “Dogs,” “These Doors,” and “On the Table,” the latter culled from Kotzen’s 2024 release, Nomad.

The sound quality was excellent, with every note and lyric coming through clearly. The lighting and stage setup was simple yet effective, allowing Kotzen’s talent to shine without any distractions. The band’s chemistry was evident, and they played with a tightness that only comes from many nights of performing together.

Kotzen took time to interact with the audience, sharing stories behind some of his songs and expressing his gratitude for the fans’ support. This personal touch added to the overall experience, making the concert feel more like a gathering of friends than a typical show.

Overall, Richie Kotzen’s appearance in Las Vegas was a fantastic experience. His exceptional musicianship, combined with the intimate venue and engaged audience, made for a memorable night. If you get the chance to see him live, it’s worth it!
